The Master Vault Pass (MVP) is an exclusive membership offered by Dufr Digital. By purchasing or using the MVP, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Benefits
As an MVP member, you receive:
- Lifetime access to all digital assets available on dufr.digital.
- A 25% discount on all additional services provided by Dufr Digital.
- Exclusive early access to new products and features.
2. Eligibility
- The MVP is available to individuals aged 18 or older.
- Dufr Digital reserves the right to verify your eligibility before granting MVP access.
3. Usage Restrictions
- MVP access is non-transferable and limited to the account holder.
- Assets downloaded under the MVP are licensed for personal or commercial use as per the applicable license terms. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of assets is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment and Refunds
- MVP membership is a one-time payment that is non-refundable.
- Any fraudulent activity or misuse may result in termination of your membership without a refund.
5. Updates to Membership Benefits
- Dufr Digital may update the benefits or features of the MVP program at any time.
- MVP members will be notified of significant changes to the program.
6. Termination of Membership
- Dufr Digital reserves the right to terminate your MVP membership if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.
- If terminated for violations, you will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Liability and Warranty
- Dufr Digital makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access to digital assets or services.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the MVP.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
