Thank you for choosing Dufr Digital. These License Terms govern your use of the digital products purchased or downloaded from dufr.digital. By completing a purchase or downloading any product, you agree to be bound by these terms.
“Digital Products” refers to all digital assets available on Dufr Digital, including but not limited to audio files, video templates, web themes, graphics, illustrations, and photographs.
“Commercial Use License” grants the right to use the Digital Product in personal, commercial, and client projects, subject to the restrictions herein.
“End Product” refers to a final, integrated work that has been created using the Digital Product and incorporates significant value-added material.
Upon purchase, Dufr Digital grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Digital Product under the following terms.
2.1 Permitted Uses:
You are licensed to use the Digital Product for:
An unlimited number of personal projects.
Commercial and client projects, including advertising, promotional content, social media, blogs, and websites.
Incorporation into an End Product for sale (e.g., a website, video, application, or printed material), provided the End Product is not a mere redistribution or repackaging of the Digital Product.
Use in physical merchandise for sale (e.g., T-shirts, posters, packaging), limited to production runs of up to 1,000,000 units.
2.2 Prohibited Uses:
You are NOT permitted to:
Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Digital Product in its original or source format, whether for free or for sale. This includes selling it as part of a stock media library, template, or UI kit.
Use the Digital Product in any product where its primary value lies in the product itself (e.g., selling a digital brush file, a vector pack, or a template with only minor modifications).
Use the Digital Product in connection with defamatory, illegal, or explicitly pornographic material.
Claim ownership or authorship of the original Digital Product.
Use the Digital Product in a manner that allows an end-user to extract or access it as a standalone file.
All Digital Products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Dufr Digital and/or its contributors retain all ownership rights. This agreement grants you a license to use the product but does not transfer title. You may not register a trademark or copyright for an End Product that claims rights over the Digital Product itself.
Attribution to Dufr Digital is not required but is always appreciated, especially in public or distributed works.
Due to the intangible and immediately accessible nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you encounter any technical issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact our support team at support@dufr.digital for prompt assistance.
Dufr Digital reserves the right to terminate this license automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Digital Product and destroy any copies.
